----- End Basics -----

The Rest:

Katrina's Snip and Grab policy: Unless marked otherwise, you may snip and grab as long as you give appropriate credit. This is especially important if it is a posted work of fiction or art, in which case, be *very* sure to give credit or I will come after you with tinforks.;) Please do not post any *friendslocked posts* of mine on other communities without my permission.

Katrina's Friending Policy: If you friend me, and aren't a spammer or malicious, I'll probably friend you back. If you delete me, and I wasn't the one who originally friended you, I'll probably delete you from my list too. It's not (or rather, very rarely) a personal thing, it's just a management thing.

Katrina's Bot Friend Policy: Until this bot situation gets remedied, you should be aware that I'm going to wait a week or two before friending a person back if they friend me. It's the only thing I can think of at this point. I get tired of "you've been friended," "You've been de-friended,""You've been friended by someone else."

It's just too much of a whirlwind. One of my aunts is Russian and I love her dearly. I don't have a problem with ethnicity or russian language as a prime mode of conversation. I can use Babel. I do mind the bouncing and the tilt-whirl what the heck bot thing.

So. Two weeks. Minimum.

I'll figure, if you're still around in two weeks, you're a real person.

Katrina's Bannination Policy: Behaving like an asshat in my journal or communities will get you absolutely zero. I banninate liberally and freely. Since asshattery lacks any courage at all, there is no point in coddling it. Name calling, trolling, etc will find the bannination policy in full effect.

Katrina's Rating Policy:
and therefore:

Katrina's LJ-CUT policy: This journal (and heck, my website) is written by an adult with adult interests. It is not written or made for the masses, but for myself. Thus, one can not rely on me to lj-cut on *anything* let alone everything. I lj-cut for my own convenience, not for others. If you read my journal (or my website) in any time or space, you accept the risk of reading and seeing material geared toward an adult mind.

Katrina's SPAM policy: Spam is content that is unrelated to topics and usually posted for the sole interest of the commenter. Therefore it will be deleted. Sometimes with an explanation, sometimes not. Currently comments are limited to lj-users and set to not be visible unless one is on the friendslist. That's just to give me a chance to make sure that I welcome the dialog or to prevent hazard on my lj. I personally have nothing against spammers. I recognize that there are several motivations that might lead one to Spam. I just prefer to have my content on topic.
